REPORT, FINDING THE MAN SLUMPED OVER THE WHEEL

OF HIS CAR, AND NOT BREATHING ON ROUTE 9.

AFTER TWO DOSES OF NARCAN, THE MAN WAS

RESPONSIVE, AND TAKEN TO NORTHERN DUTCHESS

HOSPITAL.
