GREENE COUNTY LEGISLATURE, IT WAS

LEARNED THAT THE STATE DID NOT GIVE

THE COUNTY THE ANSWERS IT NEEDED,

IN REGARDS TO A CHANGE IN THE LAW,

THAT CURRENTLY PROHIBITS TWO COUNTIES

FROM SHARING A JAIL. GROUNDBREAKING

IS EXPECTED TO TAKE PLACE THE WEEK

OF JUNE 10TH.

A NIVERVILLE MAN WAIVED INDICTMENT,

AND WAS ARRAIGNED ON FOUR COUNTS OF

CRIMINAL CONTEMPT IN COLUMBIA COUNTY

COURT. 33 YEAR OLD JOHN LEIBACH IS

ACCUSED OF MULTIPLE VIOLATIONS OF

AN ORDER OF PROTECTION. A TRIAL IS
