HUDSON POLICE ARE LOOKING FOR THE PUBLIC'S

HELP. TO SEE IF THERE MIGHT BE MORE INCIDENTS

OF SEXUAL ABUSE INVOLVING JAMEL CRUMEDY.

THE 47 YEAR OLD HUDSON MAN HAS BEEN INDICTED

ON 5 COUNTS OF SEXUAL ABUSE, WITH WHO POLICE

ARE CALLING A VERY YOUNG CHILD. HE'S IN

THE COLUMBIA COUNTY JAIL. A TRIAL DATE IS

SET FOR OCTOBER.

A CATSKILL MAN IS IN THE GREENE COUNTY

JAIL, AFTER AN ALTERCATION ON MAIN STREET.

VILLAGE POLICE CHARGED 34 YEAR OLD DAREN

BARNES WITH CRIMINAL POSSESSION OF A WEAPON

AND MENACING. BAIL WAS SET AT 20,000 DOLLARS.

AN INCIDENT IN CAIRO HAS A TOWN MAN FACING

FELONY CHARGES. STATE POLICE ARRESTED 39

YEAR OLD MICHAEL BELL AT COLUMBIA MEMORIAL

HOSPITAL. HE'S CHARGED WITH ASSAULT AND

UNLAWFUL IMPRISONMENT.

A 14 YEAR OLD GIRL WAS INJURED YESTERDAY

AFTERNOON, AFTER SHE FELL FROM A HORSE IN

ANCRAM. COMMUNITY RESCUE RESPONDED TO

SKY FARM ON CARSON ROAD. THE GIRL WAS

REPORTED TO LOST CONSCIOUSNESS AFTER THE

FALL.

A WOMAN WAS TREATED FOR SEVERE DOG BITES

MONDAY AFTERNOON IN KISKATOM. CATSKILL

AMBULANCE AND POLICE WERE CALLED TO A

HOME ON GROVE SCHOOL ROAD. THE DOG WAS

CONTAINED AFTER THE ATTACK.

FORMER CONGRESSMAN JOHN FASO WILL NOT

BE TRING TO WIN HIS OLD SEAT BACK IN

THE 19TH DISTRICT AGAIN NEXT YEAR. IN A

STATEMENT MONDAY, HE SAYS FAMILY AND

PROFESSIONAL OBLIGATIONS WILL MAKE IT

IMPOSSIBLE TO WAGE ANOTHER CAMPAIGN.
