COMPLAINT IN ATHENS, A VILLAGE MAN

FACES CHARGES. 58 YEAR OLD NORMAN

BENJAMIN WAS CHARGED WITH PUBLIC

LEWDNESS BY STATE POLICE, AND GIVEN

APPEARANCE TICKETS FOR COURT.
