STATE POLICE IDENTIFIED THE MAN, WHO'S

BODY WAS FOUND ON SCHODACK ISLAND IN

STUYVESANT MONDAY EVENING, AS 64 YEAR

OLD DAVID BURDEN OF EAST GREENBUSH.

POLICE SAY HE WAS REPORTED MISSING LAST

NOVEMBER. HIS CAR WAS FOUND PARTIALLY

SUBMERGED AT SCHODACK ISLAND STATE

PARK. HIS BODY WAS NOT FOUND UNTIL

YESTERDAY.

WITH REPORTS OF MEASLES OUTBREAKS IN

SOME AREAS OF THE STATE, RIGHT NOW,

COLUMBIA COUNTY DOES NOT HAVE ANY.

THE COLUMBIA COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT

ANNOUNCED TUESDAY, THERE THERE ARE

NO REPORTED CASES OF THE VIRUS. THEY

WENT ON TO SAY, THEY HAVE THE VACCINE

AVAILABLE. IMMUNIZATION CLINICS ARE

HELD EVERY TUESDAY.

AN ALTERCATION AT A CATSKILL BAR

HAS LANDED A HUDSON MAN IN THE GREENE

COUNTY JAIL. 29 YEAR OLD AARON JOHNSON

WAS ARRESTED, AFTER CATSKILL POLICE

WERE CALLED TO CAPTAIN KIDD'S INN ON

WEST MAIN STREET. HE WAS CHARGED WITH

HARASSMENT, CRIMINAL MISCHIEF,

CRIMINAL POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED

SUBSTANCE, AND RESISTING ARREST.

BAIL WAS SET AT 5000 DOLLARS.

AN INCIDENT IN PHILMONT HAS A

COPAKE MAN FACING CHARGES. 33 YEAR

OLD MICHAEL BRIZZIE WAS CHARGED BY

STATE POLICE WITH CRIMINAL TRESPASS

AND CRIMINAL MISCHIEF, WITH INTENT

TO DAMAGE PROPERTY. HE'LL ANSWER

THE CHARGES IN COURT.

A WOMAN WAS INJURED TUESDAY AFTERNOON,

IN AN ACCIDENT IN TANNERSVILLE. FIRE

AND RESCUE CREWS WERE CALLED TO ROUTE

23C AT MINIWAWA ROAD AROUND 4:20.

THE WOMAN HAD A POSSIBLE HEAD INJURY.

IT WAS A VEHICLE FIRE THAT BROUGHT

KISKATOM FIREFIGHTERS TO ROUTE 32 LAST

NIGHT. THE FIRE WAS NEAR THE STORAGE

UNITS, NEAR THE KISKATOM FIREHOUSE.
