OFFICIALS, AT A PRESS CONFERENCE

TO OUTLINE THEIR OPPOSITION TO THE

BILL. IT TAKES PLACE AT THE RENSSELAER

COUNTY DMV OFFICE IN TROY, STARTING AT

10:30.

A FUGITIVE FROM PITTSFIELD WAS CAUGHT

IN KINDERHOOK, AFTER A MANHUNT INVOLVING

SEVERAL POLICE AGENCIES. STATE POLICE

SAY, 28 YEAR OLD DENNIS DUCHARME WAS

LOCATED IN A FIELD AND TAKEN INTO

CUSTODY WITHOUT INCIDENT.

A TICONDEROGA MAN WAS TAKEN TO THE

GREENE COUNTY JAIL, AFTER HIS ARREST AT

THE CATSKILL WALMART. VILLAGE POLICE

CHARGED 39 YEAR OLD MICHAEL MOORE WITH

FELONY BURGLARY. BAIL WAS SET AT 1000

DOLLARS.

THE COLUMBIA COUNTY HAZ MAT TEAM RESPONDED,

ALONG WITH FIREMEN, TO LOVE'S TRUCK STOP

IN CANAAN TUESDAY AFTERNOON. A TRACTOR

TRAILER ROLLED OVER, AND BEGAN LOSING FUEL.

THERE WERE NO INJURIES. CREWS WERE ON THE

SCENE FOR SEVERAL HOURS.

KINDERHOOK FIRE AND VALATIE RESCUE

WERE CALLED TO A ONE CAR ACCIDENT

YESTERDAY MORNING. THE CRASH HAPPENED

JUST AFTER 11 ON ROUTE 9H, NORTH

OF FISCHER ROAD.

CREWS WERE ALSO ON THE SCENE OF AN

ACCIDENT TUESDAY MORNING IN COXSACKIE.

IT HAPPENED ON MANSION STREET, IN THE

AREA OF MATT'S HONDA AROUND 11:30.

IT WAS A JEEP FIRE THAT BROUGHT

CHATHAM FIREFIGHTERS TO THE X-TRA MART

ON ROUTE 295 YESTERDAY MORNING.

THE VEHICLE NEEDED TO BE TOWED FROM

THE SCENE.
