FIRE TORE THROUGH A HOME IN LEEDS

WEDNESDAY NIGHT. UNITS RESPONDED TO

32 PARK AVENUE JUST AFTER 7:30.

THE FIRE WAS HEAVILY INVOLVED

WHEN FIREFIGHTERS ARRIVED. THE BULK

OF THE FIRE WAS REPORTED TO BE

KNOCKED DOWN AFTER A HALF HOUR. ONE

PERSON WAS TREATED BY CATSKILL

AMBULANCE. THE CAUSE IS UNDER

INVESTIGATION.

AN INVESTIGATION IS UNDERWAY, TO

FIND WHO SENT SYNTHETIC MARIJUANA

AND SUBOXONE TO AN INMATE AT

GREENE CORRECTIONAL FACILITY.

THE DRUGS WERE FOUND HIDDEN IN CANS

OF FOOD BY OFFICERS IN THE PACKAGE

ROOM. THE INMATE FACES DISCIPLINARY

CHARGES.

WE'VE LEARNED THE SAD NEWS THAT A

2016 HUDSON HIGH GRADUATE HAS PASSED

AWAY. FARDUSH SULTANA DIED FROM HER

INJURIES, AFTER SUFFERING A MEDICAL

EVENT APRIL 6TH IN HER DORM ROOM

A SUNY POLYTECHNIC IN MARCY. SPECIAL

PRAYERS WILL BE HELD AT HUDSON HIGH

SCHOOL TOMORROW AT 1:45.

A GHENT MAN IS BEING HELD IN THE

COLUMBIA COUNTY JAIL, CHARGED WITH

BEING A FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE. THE

COLUMBIA COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE

SAYS 34 YEAR OLD ROBERT CONNER IS

WANTED FOR BAIL JUMPING IN WISCONSIN.

HE'S SCHEDULED TO APPEAR IN COURT

TODAY.

A 61 YEAR OLD MAN WAS TREATED FOR

MINOR INJURIES, AFTER A TWO CAR

ACCIDENT WEDNESDAY MORNING IN

GREENPORT. THE CRASH HAPPENED JUST

AFTER 7:30 ON FAIRVIEW AVENUE AT

GRAHAM AVENUE.

FIRE AND RESCUE CREWS WERE ALSO

CALLED TO AN ACCIDENT YESTERDAY

MORNING IN CAIRO. THE CALL CAME IN

JUST BEFORE 9:30 ON COUNTY ROUTE

67 NEAR GARCIA LANE.

FIREMEN WERE ON THE SCENE OF TWO

VEHICLE FIRES LAST NIGHT. THE

FIRST WAS ON ROUTE 82 IN TAGHKANIC.

THE SECOND WAS ON ROUTE 32 IN CAIRO.
