IT WAS A BUSY DAY THURSDAY IN COLUMBIA

COUNTY COURT.

34 YEAR OLD MICHAEL KELLEY OF PHILMONT

WAS ARRAIGNED, AFTER BEING INDICTED

FOR MAKING A TERRORISTIC THREAT AND

AGGRAVATED HARASSMENT. HE ALLEGEDLY

THREATENED A SOCIAL SERVICES WORKER

IN DECEMBER, A TRIAL DATE WAS SET

FOR AUGUST.

A PAIR FROM GREENPORT, THAT WERE

CHARGED IN AN OCTOBER DRUG RAID,

PLEAD GUILTY. SENTENCING FOR AMAR AND

COURTNEY KEITT IS SCHEDULED FOR MAY.

AND A PITTSFIELD WOMAN THAT WAS

FOUND GUILTY OF FELONY DRUG CHARGES,

FROM A CLAVERACK TRAFFIC STOP, WAS

SENTENCED TO PRISON. 23 YEAR OLD

SHAMYIA ROBINSON WILL SERVE FOUR

AND A HALF YEARS.

LEEDS FIRE AND CATSKILL AMBULANCE

RESPONDED TO A SERIOUS ACCIDENT

THURSDAY AFTERNOON. THE CALL CAME IN

JUST BEFORE 3:30 AT 376 POTIC MOUNTAIN

ROAD. WE'RE TOLD THE VICTIM WAS PINNED

IN THE VEHICLE.

CREWS WERE ALSO CALLED TO AN ACCIDENT

YESTERDAY AFTERNOON IN WINDHAM. IT

HAPPENED JUST AFTER 3 ON ROUTE 23 AT

WINDHAM-ASHLAND-JEWETT SCHOOL.

A COHOES MAN FACES CHARGES AFTER A TRAFFIC

STOP ON ROUTE 9 IN VALATIE. THE COLUMBIA

COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE SAYS 25 YEAR OLD

JAWAUN DANIELS WAS DRIVING WITHOUT A

LICENSE AND GAVE POLICE A FALSE NAME.

HE HAS AN APPEARANCE SCHEDULED IN

KINDERHOOK TOWN COURT.

THE COMMUNITY WILL BE COMING TOGETHER

TONIGHT TO HELP A GREENVILLE GIRL,

WHO LOST HER MOTHER THE DAY BEFORE

THANKSGIVING. A SPAGHETTI DINNER WILL

BE HELD FOR 10 YEAR OLD KIRAH SICKLES
