A CONVICTED CHILD MOLESTER HAS

LOST AN APPEAL. PERRY PENDELL WAS

CONVICTED IN 2014 IN COLUMBIA COUNTY

COURT, AND SENTENCED TO 92 YEARS

IN PRISON. YESTERDAY, THE NEW YORK

COURT OF APPEALS AGREED WITH A

LOWER COURT DECISION, THAT PHOTOS

FROM PENDELL'S PHONE AND COMPUTER

WERE TAKEN LEGALLY BY LAW ENFORCEMENT.

A COPAKE MAN HAS BEEN ARRESTED

AGAIN, FOR ALLEGEDLY STEALING

ANOTHER VEHICLE. 40 YEAR OLD

JEREMIAH SIMPSON WAS CHARGED AT THE

CAIRO STATE POLICE BARRACKS AND

HELD. SIMPSON WAS ARRESTED ON

SIMILAR CHARGES THREE TIMES LATE

LAST YEAR.

FOLLOWING AN INVESTIGATION, THAT

BEGAN IN DECEMBER IN COXSACKIE, AN

ATHENS TEEN WAS CHARGED WITH POSSESSING

A SEXUAL PERFORMANCE BY A CHILD, A

FELONY. STATE POLICE SAY, HE WAS

GIVEN APPEARANCE TICKETS FOR COURT.

FIRE AND RESCUE CREWS WERE ON THE

SCENE OF A ONE CAR ACCIDENT ON THE

THRUWAY THURSDAY AFTERNOON. A VEHICLE

ROLLED OVER IN THE SOUTHBOUND LANES

IN LEEDS, TRAPPING THOSE INSIDE. THE

CALL CAME IN AROUND 4:15.

A HUDSON MAN FACES DRUG CHARGES AFTER

A TRAFFIC STOP ON THE NORTHWAY.

STATE POLICE SAY, 19 YEAR OLD ERIC

PINKOWSKI WAS IN POSSESSION OF CRACK

COCAINE, FENTANYL, AND MARIJUANA.

HE WAS ARRAIGNED IN QUEENSBURY TOWN

COURT.

STATE POLICE SAY, A HUDSON WOMAN WAS

TRAVELING WITH A PAROLE ABSCONDER,

WHEN THEIR CAR WAS PULLED OVER ON

ROUTE 9 IN SARATOGA COUNTY. 46 YEAR

OLD WENDY HINES WAS GIVEN AN APPEARANCE

TICKET, AFTER A CRACK PIPE WAS FOUND

IN THE CAR. THE PASSENGER, ANTONIO

FISHER IS ACCUSED OF GIVING POLICE

A FAKE NAME, AND HIDING CRACK COCAINE

IN HIS MOUTH, FOR WHICH HE WAS TAKEN

TO THE HOSPITAL.

A REPORT ON JOB GROWTH ACROSS THE

STATE WAS RELEASED YESTERDAY, AND

GREENE COUNTY CAME IN AT NUMBER 2.

THE STATE LABOR DEPARTMENT SAYS
