A JURY FOUND CARLOS GRAHAM GUILTY ON

FRIDAY, OF MANY CHARGES IN THE 2017

SHOOTING DEATH OF BRANDYN FOSTER AT

HIS TOOL HOUSE ROAD HOME.THE 32 YEAR

OLD CATSKILL MAN WILL BE SENTENCED

APRIL 2ND IN GREENE COUNTY COURT, WHERE

HE COULD GET TO 25 YEARS TO LIFE.

FOLLOWING THE DEATH OF A 24 YEAR

OLD INMATE AT THE GREENE CORRECTIONAL

FACILITY MONDAY, WE'RE NOW LEARNING

OF A SECOND DEATH, THAT HAPPENED AT

THE FACILITY LAST NOVEMBER 13TH.

DELMUS TANNER DIED FROM STRANGULATION.

STATE POLICE CONFIRM THAT THEY ARE

INVESTIGATING BOTH DEATHS.

TWO QUEENS MEN ARE IN THE COLUMBIA

COUNTY JAIL AFTER A TRAFFIC STOP

ON ROUTE 9H IN GHENT. STATE POLICE SAY

JUNIOR FERRERIA AND EDGARD DUCHE

WERE IN POSSESSION OF COUNTERFEIT

100 DOLLAR BILLS, AND BOTH MEN HAD

FAKE I.D.'S. THEY'RE BEING HELD

WITHOUT BAIL.

PAYLESS SHOES IN HUDSON IS EXPECTED

TO CLOSE, ALONG WITH ALL THE PAYLESS

STORES, WHEN THE COMPANY FILES FOR

BANKRUPTCY LATER THIS MONTH. THE
