AN INVESTIGATION INTO A BURGLARY LAST

NOVEMBER IN NEW LEBANON, HAS LEAD TO

THE ARREST OF A MASSACHUSETTS MAN.

37 YEAR OLD KEVIN TYNAN OF NORTH

ADAMS WAS CHARGED WITH FELONY BURGLARY

BY STATE POLICE, WHEN HE WAS PICKED

UP ON TUESDAY.

A TRAFFIC STOP IN PHILMONT ENDED

WITH A GEORGIA MAN FACING CHARGES.

29 YEAR OLD CARLTON JACKSON WAS

PULLED OVER ON CANAL STREET. HE WAS

CHARGED BY STATE POLICE WITH

OBSTRUCTION, RESISTING ARREST, AND

MARIJUANA POSSESSION.

A TRUCK WAS DESTROYED BY FIRE

WEDNESDAY MORNING IN COXSACKIE.

FIREFIGHTERS WERE CALLED TO PLANK ROAD,

AT THE ENTRANCE TO GREENE CORRECTIONAL

FACILITY JUST AFTER 7. THE TRUCK WAS

FULLY INVOLVED WHEN THEY ARRIVED.

THERE WERE NO REPORTS OF INJURIES.

A ONE CAR ACCIDENT IN LIVINGSTON

BROUGHT FIRE AND RESCUE CREWS TO

ROUTE 9G YESTERDAY MORNING. THE

CALL CAME IN AFTER 5. FIRE OFFICIALS

SAY THE DRIVER REFUSED MEDICAL

TREATMENT. STATE POLICE INVESTIGATED.

A CATSKILL MAN WAS CHARGED WITH FALSELY

REPORTING AN INCIDENT BY VILLAGE POLICE.

35 YEAR OLD SALVATORE PUMA WAS GIVEN

APPEARANCE TICKETS FOR COURT.

DPW CREWS HAVE BEEN WORKING ALL

NIGHT IN HUDSON AND CATSKILL, REMOVING

SNOW FROM TUESDAY'S STORM. IN CATSKILL,

AVOID THE MUNICIPAL PARKING LOTS ON

MAIN STREET UNTIL NOON.

ANOTHER CANDIDATE HAS ANNOUNCED THEY

ARE RUNNING FOR GREENE COUNTY SHERIFF

IN NOVEMBER. DIANA BENOIT IS A

FORMER B C I INVESTIGATOR FROM THE

STATE POLICE, HAVING SERVED IN BOTH

GREENE AND ULSTER COUNTIES. WE

ANNOUNCED EARLIER THIS WEEK, THAT

ANOTHER FORMER B C I INVESTIGATOR,

PETER KUSMINSKY, IS ALSO RUNNING FOR

SHERIFF.
