Albany Police Still Looking to Make Arrests Following Recent Homicides

Albany police are still looking to make arrests following two recent homicides in their city.

On Friday, 34-year-old Lamon Lanier was shot in the head near Willett Street and Hudson Avenue and passed away the next day at Albany Medical Center. On Saturday, 30-year-old Rashad Nicholson was one of three people struck by gunfire in the area of Third Street and Oak Street, and he was later pronounced dead at Albany Med. And Sunday night, a 32-year-old man was shot in the arms near Clinton Avenue and Lexington Avenue and was treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
