Multiple fire companies responded to 3343 Route 203 in Niverville Monday morning, after fire broke out in a large shed.
The property is listed at the Kinderhof group home, of Berkshire Farms.
The fire was put out quickly.
Columbia County Sheriff David Bartlett confirmed that they are investigating and the cause is listed as suspicious. He went on to say, they are questioning several suspects.There were numerous Sheriff's vehicles on the scene.
Scanner reports stated that some people were seen running from the structure, after smoke was seen coming from it.
No word on any injuries.
