The Hyde Park Education Foundation (HPEF) is honored to host the 2nd Annual Field of Honor® Flag display May 25th through 27th at the Franklin D. Roosevelt Home site, on Route 9 in Hyde Park, NY. A field full of American flags will fly in a patriotic display honoring veterans, first responders and Hometown Heroes. Free to the public, this HPEF signature event is in support of the students and schools of the Hyde Park Central School District.
New this year will be free entertainment on Saturday and Sunday between 10 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., with local talent such as Eric Garrison, The Plan Bees, the FDR First Ladies, Darian Rivera, Maria B. Hickey, This is Us, and Ethan Campbell. Also new this year is the Kid Tent, with games, arts, crafts, and other free activities between 10:30 and 4:00 both days.
