The superintendent at Ichabod Crane Central School had his license suspended Monday in Wilton Town Court.
Michael Vanyo, who was involved in an accident April 6th, was charged with DWI and leaving the scene of an accident by the Saratoga County Sheriff's Office.
The 51 year old will be allowed to drive to work and to doctor's appointments, and may be eligible for a conditional licence in 30 days.
Vanyo is on unpaid leave from the school.
