We've learned that a third death is being investigated by State Police at the Greene Correctional Facility.
The Kingston Freeman is reporting that 24 year old John Espinoza committed suicide February 1st, but a lawyer for the family, says the family doubts he would hang himself, because he did not appear to be suicidal.
State Police confirm they are investigating the case.
Two other inmates died at the facility. One in November due to strangulation, another in February due to cardiac arrest following an incident with other inmates.
