Stuyvesant man arrested after crash in Kinderhook

PRESS RELEASE

Kinderhook, New York – On March 15, 2019, the New York State Police from the Kinderhook barracks arrested Andrew L. Sacco, age 22, of Stuyvesant, NY, for Driving While Intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor.

At approximately 10:25 p.m., Troopers were dispatched by Columbia County 911 to County Route 21 north of Old Post Road for a report of a vehicle that had crashed into a tree. Investigation determined the operator, Andrew Sacco, was impaired at the time of operation and was subsequently arrested.

Sacco was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the town of Kinderhook Court on March 19, 2019, at 6:00 p.m.
