Tyler Rossi was arrested again on Wednesday, the 24 year old Claverack man was charged by State Police with criminal obstruction of breathing and Felony criminal contempt, for allegedly violating an order of protection at an incident in Claverack.
He was held on a bail bond.
Rossi was arrested on February 8th by Columbia County Sheriff's Deputies on similar charges. That time bail was $2500.
He was sentenced in Columbia County Court in January, after pleading guilty to similar charges late last year.
