Greenville man arrested for drug charges on Northway

PRESS RELEASE

On February 2, 2019 State Police arrested Paul F. Gervasio, 31, of Greenville, for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7 th  degree, and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana.

On February 2, 2019 Paul Gervasio was stopped by State Police on the Northway in Colonie, for a vehicle and traffic infraction.

While speaking with Gervasio, the Trooper detected the odor of marijuana emanating from the interior of the vehicle. A subsequent search of the vehicle yielded a quantity of marijuana not exceeding 25 grams, and mushrooms containing psilocybin.

Gervasio was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7 th degree, and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana.

Gervasion was processed and issued an appearance ticket, he is due back in court on February 20, 2019 at 6:00 p.m.
