· Drunken driving: Danielito B. Martinez, 43, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 10:32 p.m. Monday, April 26, and charged with the felony of aggravated unlicensed driving and the misdemeanors of driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08% and driving while intoxicated. Martinez’s status was not immediately available.
Wawarsing
· DWAI-drugs:Alexander L. Lewis, 21, of Haines Falls, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 1:35 a.m. Tuesday, April 27, and charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor.
Marlborough
· Prohibited sale of an alcoholic beverage:Stathe G. Mericle, 47, of Marlboro, was arrested by state police at Highland at 8:21 p.m. Friday, April 23, and charged with prohibited sale of an alcoholic beverage, a misdemeanor. Mericle was released with a ticket for Marlborough Town Court.
· Prohibited sale of an alcoholic beverage:Chaminda D. Arachchillage, 37, of Milton, was arrested by state police at Highland at 6:49 p.m. Friday, April 23, and charged with prohibited sale of an alcoholic beverage, a misdemeanor. Arachchillage was released with a ticket for Marlborough Town Court.
· Prohibited sale of an alcoholic beverage:Jandres M. Vellezzapata, 19, of Newburgh, was arrested by state police at Highland at 7:32 p.m. Friday, April 23, and charged with prohibited sale of an alcoholic beverage, a misdemeanor. Vellezzapata was released with a ticket for Marlborough Town Court.

· Prohibited sale of an alcoholic beverage:Eric Grzechowski, 52, of Marlboro, was arrested by state police at Highland at 8:52 p.m. Friday, April 23, and charged with prohibited sale of an alcoholic beverage, a misdemeanor. Grzechowski was released with a ticket for Newburgh Town Court.
