• Menacing/weapon:Patricia Deangelis, 63, of Leeds, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 9:19 p.m. Tuesday, April 6, and was charged with menacing with a weapon and criminal possession of a weapon with intent to use, both misdemeanors. Deangelis was released with tickets for Cairo Town Court.
• DWAI-drugs:Devon M. Lasher, 21, of Cairo, was arrested by state police at Greenville at 12:51 a.m. Wednesday, April 7, and was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor. Lasher was released with a ticket for Cairo Town Court.
Lloyd
• DWI:Alphonso Daley, 46, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested by state police at Highland at 3:03 a.m. Wednesday, April 7, and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Daley was released with tickets for Lloyd Town Court.
Rhinebeck
• DWI:Carra R. Bartles, 31, of Rhinebeck, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 10:55 p.m. Tuesday, April 6, and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Bartles was released with tickets for Rhinebeck Village Court.
Saugerties
•DWI:Jake Dominick, 34, of Freehold, was arrested by state police at Albany at 11:54 p.m. Tuesday, April 6, on the New York State Thruway in the town of Saugerties and was charged with driving with a blood-alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, a misdemeanor. Dominick was issued an appearance ticket for Saugerties Town Court.
