Catskill
• Burglary:Tiffany D. Shaw, 34, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 8:15 p.m. Wednesday, March 17, and was charged with burglary and contempt with physical contact, both felonies, stemming from an incident reported on Feb. 26. Shaw was released with tickets for Catskill Town Court.
• DWI:Christopher Jenkins, 53, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 11:32 p.m. Wednesday, March 17, and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Jenkins was released with tickets for Catskill Town Court.
• Drugs:Antonio M. Fisher, 49, of Castleton, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 1:07 a.m. Thursday, March 18, and was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance and with manufacturing drug-related paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance, both misdemeanors. Fisher was held pending a court appearance.
• DWAI-drugs:Reginald M. Bonneau, 33, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Greenville at 1:03 a.m. Thursday, March 18, and charged with possession of a controlled substance, driving while ability impaired by drugs and possession of a hypodermic instrument, all misdemeanors. Bonneau was released with tickets for Catskill Town Court.
Hyde Park
• DWI:Eman J. Evans, 20, of Hyde Park, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 17, and was charged with possession of a controlled substance and aggravated unlicensed driving, both misdemeanors. Evans was released with tickets for Hyde Park Town Court.
Lloyd
• DWI:Reuben L. Hallman, 43, of New Windsor, was arrested by state police at Highland at 10:49 p.m. Wednesday, March 17, and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Hallman was released with tickets for Lloyd Town Court.
Marlborough
• DWAI-drugs:Owen K. Scott, 35, of West Hurley, was arrested by state police at Highland at 2:40 a.m. Thursday, March 18, in the town of Marlborough and was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor. Further information was not immediately available.
Rhinebeck
• DWI:William P. Glynn, 37, of Rhinebeck, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 9:40 p.m. Wednesday, March 17, in the village of Rhinebeck, and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Glynn was released with tickets for Rhinebeck Village Court.
Saugerties
• DWI:Leticia M. Johnsson-Gonzalez, 25, of Saugerties, was arrested by Saugerties police on Post Street in the village at 10:56 p.m. Wednesday, March 17, and was charged with drunken driving with a blood-alcohol content of 0.15 percent, refusal to submit to a breath screening test, failure to use designated lane and driving while holding a cell phone. Johnsson-Gonzalez was released with tickets for Saugerties Village Court.
• DWAI-drugs:Angelo Daquaro, 59, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 1:20 p.m. Wednesday, March 17, and was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance and one count of driving while ability impaired by drugs, all misdemeanors. Daquaro was released with tickets for Saugerties Town Court.
