City of Kingston

• Drugs/contempt:Charles A. Servo, 46, of Ruby, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 11:50 p.m. Tuesday, March 16, and was charged with possession of a controlled substance and contempt of a court order, both misdemeanors. Servo was released with tickets for Kingston City Court.

• Drugs:Diana C. Cross, 45, of Bearsville, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 11:50 p.m. Tuesday, March 16, and was charged with possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. Cross was released with a ticket for Kingston City Court.

Athens

Forgery:Javier E. Marte Soriano, 21, of Brookyn, was arrested by Thruway state police at 4:24 p.m. Tuesday, March 16, and was charged with forgery of an official document, a felony. He was issued an appearance ticket for Athens Town Court.

Catskill

• DWI/weapon:An 18-year-old female from Catskill was arrested by state police at Catskill at 8:33 a.m. Tuesday, March 16, and was charged with possession of a weapon (firearm), driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent and drunken driving, all misdemeanors. She was released with tickets for Catskill Town Court. State police do not release the name of defendants who are 18 years old or younger.

• Drugs:Jennifer R. Pascuzzi, 36, of Coxsackie, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 2:44 a.m. Wednesday, March 17, and was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance and with manufacturing drug-related paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance (two counts) and use of drug paraphernalia (scales), all misdemeanors. Pascuzzi was released with tickets for Catskill Town Court.

Coxsackie

• Drugs:Jessica M. Brown, 32, of Ravena, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 9:28 p.m. Tuesday, March 16, and was charged with possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. Brown was released with a ticket for Coxsackie Town Court.

Lloyd

• Aggravated unlicensed driving:Jael F. Fernandez, 36, of Nutley, N.J., was arrested by state police at Highland at 10:50 a.m. Tuesday, March 16, and was charged with aggravated unlicensed driving, a felony. Fernandez was released with a ticket for Lloyd Town Court.

Poughkeepsie

Unlawful surveillance:Richard G. Kelly, 50, of Hyde Park, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday, March 16, and was charged with multiple counts of unlawful surveillance (sexual arousal), a felony, stemming from more than a dozen complaints reported on March 15 and 16. He was issued appearance tickets for Poughkeepsie Town Court and Poughkeepsie City Court.
