• DWI: Benjamin Huggins, 51, of Kingston was charged at about 9:32 p.m. Sunday, March 14, with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding .08 percent, misdemeanors, in Kingston, according to state police at Ulster. He was issued an appearance ticket, police said.
Cairo
• DWI:Ricky L. Watson, 33, of Cairo, was arrested at about 2:43 a.m. Monday, March 15, and charged with driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding .08 percent and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, misdemeanors, according to state police at Coxsackie. Further information was not available.
