Rhinebeck
• DWAI-drugs:Eduardo E. Acosta Valenzuela, 23, of Rhinebeck, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 11:05 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 17, and was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor. Valenzuela was released with a ticket for Rhinebeck Town Court.
Saugerties
• DWI:Stephen L. Nardone, 46, of Saugerties, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 7:54 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 17, in the town of Saugerties and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Nardone was released with tickets for Saugerties Town Court.
• DWI:Carrie L. Lopez, 37, of Millsboro, Del., was arrested by state police at Ulster at 9:02 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 17, in the town of Saugerties and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Lopez’s status was not immediately available.
Wawarsing
• DWI:Olivia M. Stokes, 25, of Pine Hill, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 1:08 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 18, and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Stokes was released with tickets for Wawarsing Town Court.
