•Stalking, coercion:Niko A. Soto, 26, of New Paltz, was arrested at 10:09 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 10, in the town of Cairo, and was charged with stalking and coercion, both misdemeanors, stemming from an incident reported Thursday, Feb. 4, at 11 a.m. Further information was unavailable.
Coxsackie
• Firearm:David M. Gurrieri, 65, of Bridgeport, Conn., was arrested by state police at Ulster at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 10, and was charged with criminal possession of a weapon (firearm) and aggravated unlicensed driving, both misdemeanors. Gurrieri was released with tickets for Coxsackie Town Court.
• DWAI-drugs:Ralph T. Surrano, 27, of Ravena, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 1:10 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 10, and was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor. Surrano was released with a ticket for Coxsackie Town Court.
Wawarsing
• DWAI-drugs:John T. Phillips, 41, of Olivebridge, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 12:02 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 11, and was charged with aggravated unlicensed driving and driving while ability impaired by drugs, both misdemeanors. Phillips was released with tickets for Wawarsing Town Court.
