According to the Daily Freeman, here are the local arrest from 1/11/2021:

City of Kingston

• Drugs: John L. Prosser, 51, of Leeds, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 5:20 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 10, in the city of Kingston and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. He was released with an appearance ticket for Kingston City Court. 

Town of Ulster

• DWAI: William J. Richter, 42, of Kingston, was charged by the Ulster County Sheriff's Office with driving while ability impaired by drugs and alcohol for a Nov. 15, 2020, incident in which he was discovered unresponsive in a car in a ditch on Forest Hill Drive in the town of Ulster, authorities said. He surrendered to deputies on Sunday, Jan. 10, and was released with a ticket to appear in Ulster Town Court. 

Catskill

• Menacing, Criminal Possession of a Weapon: Thomas Kearney, of Albany, was arrested by Catskill Police at 11:13 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 7, and charged with felony criminal possession of a weapon (with previous conviction), plus misdemeanor counts of menacing with a weapon and criminal mischief with intent to damage property. He was released on his own recognizance to appear in Catskill Town Court.

• Criminal Contempt: Harry A. Becker, of Catskill, was arrested by Catskill Police at 1:38 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 10, and charged with criminal contempt, a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance to appear in Catskill Town Court.

Ellenville

 • Misapplication of Property: Travis K. Rose, 39, of Ellenville, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 2:25 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 10, in the village of Ellenville and was charged with misapplication of property, a misdemeanor. He was released with a ticket to appear in Ellenville Village Court.

Esopus

• Drugs: Keith E. Dillberg, 43, homeless, was arrested by state police at Gardiner at 10:10 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 10, in the town of Esopus and charged with felony criminal possession of a controlled substance. He is being held at the Ulster County Jail.

Rhinebeck

• Acting in a Manner Injurious to Child: Stgeve E. Semke, 39, of Rhinebeck, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 9 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 10, in the town of Rhinebeck and charged with acting in a manner injurious to a child under 17, a misdemeanor. He was released with a ticket to appear in Rhinebeck Town Court. 

Saugerties

• Criminal Contempt: Devon S. Bronson, 25, of Athens, was arrested by Saugerties Police at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 9, on state Route 32 in Saugerties and charged with two counts of criminal contempt of a court order, plus misdemeanors of criminal trespass, resisting arrest and obstruction of governmental adminiatration. He was released with tickets to appear in town of Saugerties Justice Court. 

• Criminal Contempt: Jesse M. Decker, 36, of Saugerties, was arrested by Saugerties Police on Saturday, Jan. 9 and charged with criminal contempt by violating a court order of protection, a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance to appear in Town of Saugerties Justice Court. 

Shandaken

• DWI: Gregory J. Blank, 47, of Accord, was arrested by the Ulster County Sheriff's Office at 2:30 p.m. Friday, Jan. 8, on state Route 28 in the town of Shandaken and charged with drunken driving, a misdemeanor, and the traffic offense of speeding. He was released with a ticket to appear in Shadaken Town Court.

Wawarsing

• Grand Larceny: Cinque Hall, 23, of Ellenville, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 11:13 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 10, in the town of Wawarsing and charged with felony grand larceny (credit card). He was released with a ticket to appear in Wawarsing Town Court.
