Coxsackie
• DWI:Maria J. Brown, 58, of Athens, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 8:40 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 5, and was charged with misdemeanor drunken driving. Brown was released with a ticket for Coxsackie Town Court.
Lloyd
• DWI:Tymare J. Armstrong, 27, of Goshen, was arrested by state police at Highland at 1:05 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 6, and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Armstrong was released with tickets for Lloyd Town Court.
• Drugs:William T. Rose, 57, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested by state police at Highland at 4:50 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 6, and was charged with possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. Rose was released with a ticket for Lloyd Town Court.
Red Hook
•DWI:Dipti H. Patel, 64 of Red Hook, was arrested by Red Hook police at 11:05 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 5, on Meadow Drive in the town of Red Hook and was charged with two counts of drunken driving, both misdemeanors. She was released with tickets for Red Hook Town Court.
Town of Rochester
• Criminal mischief:Brian J. Padusnak, 36, of Accord, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 11:50 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 5, and was charged with criminal mischief, a felony. Padusnak was released with a ticket for Rochester Town Court.
Town of Ulster
• Drugs:Jose A. Hernandez, 32, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 1:15 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 5, and was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance (narcotic). Hernandez was released with a ticket for Ulster Town Court.
• Drugs:Dustin B. Hager, 38, of Stone Ridge, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 5, and was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance (25 milligrams of LSD) and with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance (three counts) and use of drug paraphernalia (scales), also a misdemeanor. Hager was released with tickets for Ulster Town Court.
