Cairo
• Aggravated unlicensed driving:Edward J. Marin, 31, of Cairo, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 11:22 a.m. Monday, Nov. 30, and was charged with aggravated unlicensed driving, a felony. Marin was released with a ticket for Cairo Town Court.
Gardiner
• DWI:James G. Verney, 51, of Gardiner, was arrested by state police at Highland at 6:35 p.m. Monday, Nov. 30, and was charged with drunken driving and aggravated drunken driving, both misdemeanors. Verney was released with tickets for Gardiner Town Court.
Hyde Park
• Marijuana:Tyreece B. Walker, 30, of Newburgh, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 1:24 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 1, and was charged with possession of more than 2 ounces of marijuana, a misdemeanor. Walker was released with a ticket for Hyde Park Town Court.
Town of Kingston
• Contempt:Emmanuel Martinez, 38, and Cheyenne L. Martinez, 26, both of Saugerties, were arrested by state police at Ulster at 12:40 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 1. Both were charged with contempt, a misdemeanor. They were released with tickets for Kingston Town Court.
