Friday, Nov 20th:

Town of Rochester

• Weapon/DWI:Kyle S. Constant, 23, of Hurley, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 11:45 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 19, and was charged with criminal possession of a weapon, driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, and drunken driving, all misdemeanors. Constant was released with tickets for Rochester Town Court.

• Aggravated harassment:Michael E. Latimore, 38, of Accord, was arrested by Ulster County sheriff’s deputies and charged with aggravated harassment and harassment, both misdemeanors, shortly after midnight Friday, Nov. 20, after deputies responded to a reported domestic dispute on Mettacahonts Road. Latimore was armed with a shotgun and, after a brief standoff with deputies, surrendered without further incident, authorities said. Latimore allegedly threatened people at the residence and had allegedly been involved in a fight with one of them prior to deputies' arrival. Latimore was released with tickets for Rochester Town Court.

Wawarsing

• Vehicular assault:Monica Rucki, 29, of Hurleyville, was arrested by Ulster County sheriff’s deputies on Thursday, Nov. 19, and was charged in connection with aJuly 2 personal injury crash on Berme Roadin which Rucki and a passenger suffered serious, but not life-threatening injuries. She was charged with vehicular assault, a felony, and with driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent and drunken driving, both misdemeanors, and several traffic infractions. Rucki was released with tickets for Wawarsing Town Court.

Saturday, Nov 21st:

City of Kingston

• DWI:Rodney R. Greer, 49, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 9:18 p.m. Friday, Nov. 20, and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Greer was released with tickets for Kingston City Court.

Livingston

• Contempt/DWI:Abraham O. Bolainez Perez, 28, of Philmont, was arrested by state police at Claverack at 6:54 p.m. Friday, Nov. 20, and was charged with contempt of a court order, drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, all misdemeanors. Perez was released with tickets for Livingston Town Court.

Lloyd

• DWI:Robert A. Novick, 45, of Milton, was arrested by state police at Highland at 12:56 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 21, and was charged with misdemeanor drunken driving. Novick was released with a ticket for Lloyd Town Court.

Marlborough

• DWI:Patricia L. Cummings, 50, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested by state police at Highland at 3:52 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 21, and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Cummings was released with tickets for Marlborough Town Court.

Rosendale

• Drugs:Kevin E. Dugan, 60, of Accord, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 8:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 20, and was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance, both misdemeanors. Dugan was released with tickets for Rosendale Town Court.

Town of Ulster

• DWAI-drugs:Joseph N. Santoro, 35, of Carmel, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 3:12 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 21, and was charged with possession of a controlled substance, driving while ability impaired by drugs and use of drug paraphernalia (packaging), all misdemeanors. Santoro was released with tickets for Ulster Town Court.

Sunday, Nov 22nd:

Gardiner

Endangering: Justin R. Morgan, 41, of Gardiner, was arrested by state police at Highland at 10:38 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 21, in Gardiner and was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor. He was released with a ticket to appear in Gardiner Town Court.

Hyde Park

Drugs: Karlene C. Olivet-Healy, 52, of Staatsburg, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 6:15 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 21, in the town of Hyde Park and was charged with two misdemeanor counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance. She was released with tickets to appear in Hyde Park Town Court.

Marbletown

DWI: Ryan J. Lawlor, 32, of Stone Ridge, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 5:43 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 21, in the town of Marbletown and was charged with drunken driving, a misdemeanor. Further information was unavailable.
