• Aggravated Unlicensed Operation: Shayne R. Ashley of Catskiill was arrested by Catskill Police at 4:36 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 3, on West Bridge Street in Catskill and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. He was released with a ticket to appear in Catskill Town Court.

 • Criminal Mischief: Taiquan Ferrebee of Catskill was arrested by Catskill Police at 12:33 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 3, at a building on Franklin Street in Catskill and charged with criminal mischief, a misdemeanor. He was issued a ticket to appear in Catskill Town Court.

• Aggravated Unlicensed Operation: Hannibal T. Fraser of Brooklyn was arrested by Catskill Police at 8:43 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 4, on U.S. Route 9W in Catskill and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. He was released with a ticket to appear in Catskill Town Court.

• DWI: Timothy J. Martin, 58, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 8:29 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 8, in the town of Catskill and charged with felony counts of drunken driving (previous conviction in 10 years) and aggravated DWI with prior conviction. He was issued tickets to appear in Catskill Town Court.

 • Aggravated DWI: Jason M. Goodenough, 44, of Highland, was arrested by town of Lloyd Police on Thursday, Nov. 5, on Tina Drive in Highland and charged with felony aggravated DWI. He was released with a ticket to appear in Lloyd Town Court. 

 • Scheme to Defraud: Chrystal M. Temple, 37, of Highland, was arrested by town of Lloyd Police on Thursday, Nov. 5, on an arrest warrant for scheme to defraud and petit larceny, both misdemeanors, from the Dutchess County Sheriff's Department. Temple was turned over to the Sheriff's Department.

 • Aggravated DWI: Harold W. Fleet, 20, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested by town of Lloyd Police on Friday, Nov. 7, on Vineyard Avenue in Highland and charged with aggravated DWI, a misdemeanor, after his vehicle was involved in a property damage auto accident, authorities said. He was released with a ticket to appear in town of Lloyd Court. 

Saugerties

 • Criminal Mischief, Harassment: Alan T. Wojcio, 35, of Saugerties, was arrested by Saugerties Policeat 6:55 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 7, on Post Street in the village of Saugerties and charged with criminal mischief and harassment, both misdemeanors, He was released on his own recognizance with a ticket to appear in village of Saugerties Justice Court. The court issued a stay-away order of protection on behalf of the victim, authorities said.

 • Criminal Contempt, Criminal Mischief: Jason Gaddis, 38, of Saugerties, was arrested by Saugerties Police on Sunday, Nov. 8, on a warrant stemming from a incident on June 12 and charged with criminal contempt of court and criminal mischief, both misdemeanors. He was released on his own recognizance with tickets to appear in town of Saugerties Justice Court.
