Mid-Hudson Valley Arrest from Halloween Weekend!

According to the Daily Freeman, here are the local arrest from Halloween Weekend.

Friday, Oct 30th:

Kingston

• Drugs:George A. Stallworth, 51, of Hone Street, Kingston, was arrested by Kingston police on Thursday, Oct. 29, and charged with felony possession of a controlled substance (two counts), felony weapons possession and two misdemeanor counts of criminally using drug paraphernalia. The arrest followed an investigation of cocaine sales throughout the city. Early Thursday morning, police searched Stallworth’s residence and allegedly seized cocaine, drug paraphernalia and a loaded handgun. Stallworth was released with tickets for Kingston City Court.

New Paltz

· Contempt:Francis M. Reyes, 36, of Highland, was arrested by Ulster County sheriff’s deputies on Tuesday, Oct. 27, and charged with misdemeanor contempt of a court order and the violation of trespassing. After deputies attempted to assist New Paltz police and locate Reyes at his residence in Highland, Reyes allegedly jumped out a back window and fled, authorities said. He was arrested by the New Paltz Police, arraigned on the outstanding warrant in the New Paltz Court and released to reappear on a later date. He was later taken into custody by deputies and charged with the misdemeanor of obstructing governmental administration and again released with an appearance ticket, this time for Lloyd Town Court.

Saugerties

· DWI/DWAI-drugs:James F. Murphy II, 55, of Village Drive, Saugerties, was arrested by Saugerties police at 8:52 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 29, on Red Maple Road in the town and charged with the misdemeanors of drunken driving and driving while ability impaired by drugs, in addition to the violations of possession of an open alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle and possession of marijuana. Murphy was released with tickets for Saugerties Town Court.

Red Hook

• DWI:Monte Carlo Brass, 27, of Hyde Park, was arrested by Red Hook police at 11:50 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 29, on South Broadway in the village and charged with two misdemeanor counts of drunken driving. He was released with tickets for Red Hook Court.

Saturday, Oct 31st:

Cairo

· Weapon:Seth G. Salgo, 30, of Roundtop, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 4 p.m. Friday, Oct. 30, and charged with felony possession of a firearm. Salgo’s status was not immediately available.

· DWI:William O. Sieburg, 61, of Leeds, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 3:03 p.m. Friday, Oct. 30, and charged with felony aggravated unlicensed driving and the misdemeanors of driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08% and drunken driving. Sieburg was released with tickets for Cairo Town Court.

· Tampering with evidence/drugs:Marvin D. Tefft, 64, of Athens, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 1:53 p.m. Friday, Oct. 30, and charged with the felony of tampering with evidence by concealing or destroying it and with two misdemeanor counts of possession of a controlled substance. Tefft was released with tickets for Cairo Town Court.

Catskill

· Assault/weapon:Danielle Tiletnick, 55, of Palenville, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 9:08 a.m. Friday, Oct. 30, and charged with felony possession of a weapon and misdemeanor assault. Tiletnick’s status was not immediately available.

Lloyd

· Marijuana:Andrew M. Nardozzi, 30, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Highland at 2 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 31, and charged with the felonies of possession of more than eight ounces of marijuana and possession of more than 16 ounces of marijuana, and with the misdemeanors of possession of more than two ounces of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance. Nardozzi was released with tickets for Lloyd Town Court.

Town of Rochester

· Grand larceny: Julian Wynkoop, 74, of Kerhonkson, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 5:10 p.m. Friday, Oct. 30, and charged with felony grand larceny of an automobile valued at more than $100 and misdemeanor criminal mischief to property more than $250. Wynkoop was released with tickets for Rochester Town Court.

Town of Ulster

· Grand larceny:Eric Tischler, 44, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 1 p.m. Friday, Oct. 30, and charged with felony grand larceny of a credit card and the misdemeanor of petit larceny. Tischler was released with tickets for Ulster Town Court.

Wawarsing

· Weapon:John W. Hunlock, 45, of Kerhonkson, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 8:50 p.m. Friday, Oct. 30, and charged with felony possession of a weapon and the misdemeanor of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle without owner consent. Hunlock was released with tickets for Wawarsing Town Court.

Sunday, Nov 1st:

Kingston

• DWI:Julian R. Handschun,30, of Kingston, was charged at about 9:49 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 31, with driving while intoxicated, a felony, and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor, according to state police at Ulster. He was arrested in Kingston and issued an appearance ticket, police said.

Phoenicia

• DWI:Taylor N. Salvador, 21, of Phoenicia was charged qt about 12:15 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 1, with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, according to state police at Ulster. She was issued an appearance ticket, police said.
