· Criminal contempt:Kelly A. Ortiz, 33, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 2:30 p.m. Monday, Oct. 26, and charged with misdemeanor contempt of a court order. Ortiz’s status was unavailable.
Coxsackie
· Contraband:Manuel Castillo, 24, of Coxsackie, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 9 a.m. Monday, Oct. 26, and charged with felony possession of dangerous contraband in prison. Castillo was released with a ticket for Coxsackie Town Court. :
Town of Ulster
· DWI:Angel L. Pedraza, 43, of King of Prussia, Penn., was arrested by state police at Ulster at 1:47 p.m. Monday, Oct. 26, and charged with the misdemeanors of aggravated unlicensed driving, drunken driving and aggravated drunken driving. Pedraza was released with tickets for Ulster Town Court.
