Catskill
· DWI:Darniel L. Watkins, 52, of Spring Hill, Fla., was arrested by state police at Catskill at 9:06 p.m. Monday, Sept. 28, in the town and charged with the misdemeanors of driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08% and drunken driving. Watkins was released with tickets for Catskill Town Court.
· DWI:Jamisen T. Saulpaugh, 38, of Cairo, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 1:52 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 29, in the town and charged with felony drunken driving. Saulpaugh’s status was not immediately available.
Esopus
· DWI:Wilfredo A. Giron, 27, of Connelly, was arrested by Ulster County sheriff’s deputies at about 10:15 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 26, after a traffic stop for allegedly driving without a license plate light and was charged with misdemeanor drunken driving and several traffic infractions. Giron was released with tickets for Esopus Town Court.
Town of Ulster
· Assault:Luca Giordano, 29, of Kingston, was arrested by Ulster County sheriff’s deputies in the early morning hours of Saturday, Sept. 26, in Bloomington, and charged with misdemeanor assault. Giordano allegedly assaulted the victim with a broom handle, causing physical injury, authorities said. He was arrested without incident and released later that evening with a ticket for Ulster Town Court.
Hyde Park
· DWI:Colin M. Welch, 27, of Elizaville, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 1:59 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 29, and charged with the misdemeanors of driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08% and drunken driving. Welch was released with tickets for Hyde Park Town Court.
Lloyd
· Drugs:Diana C. Cross, 45, of Olive, was arrested by Lloyd police on Saturday, Sept. 26, after a traffic stop for alleged violations on U.S. Route 9W in Highland. Cross was charged with two felony counts of possession of a controlled substance, the felony of tampering with evidence and misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, according to police. She was released with tickets for Lloyd Town Court.
· Marijuana:Gquan A. Graham, 22, of Highland Falls, was arrested by Lloyd police on Sunday, Sept. 27, following a traffic stop for alleged violations on U.S. Route 44/state Route 55 in Highland. Graham was charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana and released with a ticket for Lloyd Town Court.
· Contempt:Adam M. Kane, 57, of Highland, was arrested by Lloyd police on Thursday, Sept. 24, and charged with misdemeanor contempt of a court order and harassment. Kane was released with tickets for Lloyd Town Court.
· Drugs:Luther T. Demonia, 45, of Lake Katrine, was arrested by Lloyd police on Wednesday, Sept. 23, on an arrest warrant from Kingston City Police for felony possession of a controlled substance. Demonia was turned over to Kingston police on the warrant.
