Athens
· DWI:Jennifer E. Matthews-Senor, 41, of Saugerties, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 11:04 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 22, and charged with the misdemeanors of driving with a blood-alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08% and drunken driving. Matthews-Senor was released with tickets for Athens Town Court.
Town of Rochester
· Aggravated family offense:Michael D. Neal, 45, of Kerhonkson, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 10:56 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 22, and charged with the felonies of aggravated family offense and possession of a weapon, and the misdemeanors of menacing with a weapon and criminal mischief (preventing an emergency call). Neal was released with tickets for Rochester Town Court.
