Gardiner
• DWI:Meghan R. O’Brien, 25, of Ulster Park, was arrested by state police at Gardiner at 7:42 p.m. Monday, Sept. 14, and was charged with drunken driving and aggravated drunken driving, both misdemeanors. O’Brien was released with tickets for Gardiner Town Court.
Lloyd
• Weapon/tampering/drugs:Michael R. Bryant, 48, of Dover Plains, was arrested by town of Lloyd police on Saturday, Sept. 12, after being stopped for alleged traffic violations on U.S. Route 9W. He was charged with possession of a weapon and tampering with evidence, both felonies; possession of a hypodermic instrument and aggravated unlicensed driving, both misdemeanors; and with traffic violations. Bryant was released with tickets for Lloyd Town Court
• DWI:Richard D. Perkins Jr., 52, of the town of Ulster, was arrested by town of Lloyd police on Saturday, Sept. 12, after being stopped for alleged traffic violations on U.S. Route 44/state Route 55. He was charged with misdemeanor drunken driving and released with tickets for Lloyd Town Court.
• DWI:Vitoclino Filipe, 28, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested by town of Lloyd police on Wednesday, Sept. 3, after being stopped for alleged traffic violations on U.S. Route 9W, and was charged with misdemeanor drunken driving. Filipe was released with tickets for Lloyd Town Court.
• DWI:Dawn E. Kraemer, 55, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested by state police at Highland at 10 p.m. Monday, Sept. 14 and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. She was released with tickets for Lloyd Town Court.
Red Hook
•DWI:Jeniece L. Schroeter, 31, of Red Hook, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 12:35 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 15, and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. She was released with an appearance ticket for Red Hook Town Court.
