Mid-Hudson Valley arrests report: Sept. 8, 2020

The following items are based on information provided by officials in law enforcement and the criminal justice system:
Cairo
• Endangering Welfare of Child, Obstructing Governmental Administration: Bradley J. MacDonald, 50, of Cairo, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 3:35 p.m. Monday, Sept. 7, in the town of Cairo and charged with obstructing governmental administration and endangering the welfare of a child, both misdemeanors. He was released on his own recognizance. 
Catskill
• Criminal Trespass: Angel G. Cabrera, 19, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 2:08 p.m. Monday, Sept. 7, in the town of Catskill and charged with criminal trespass, a misdemeanor. He was released with an appearance ticket for Catskill Town Court.
Coxsackie
• Contraband, Drugs: Tishara D. Hill, 34, of Rochester, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 12:15 p.m. Monday, Sept. 7, in the town of Coxsackie and charged with promoting dangerous contraband in prison, a felony, and criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. Further information was not available. 
• Obstruction of Breathing, Endangering Welfare of Child: Corey Q. Picardi, 41, of Earlton, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 11:15 p.m. Monday, Sept. 7, in the town of Coxsackie and charged with criminal obstruction of breathing and endangering the welfare of a child, both misdemeanors. He was released on tickets for Coxsackie Town Court.
Esopus
• DWI: Santiago R. Cruz. 47, of Esopus, was arrested by state police at Highland at 10:45 p.m. Monday, Sept. 7, in the town of Esopus and charged with drunken driving and aggravated DWI. He was released on tickets to appear in Esopus Town Court.
Red Hook
• Prohibited Sale of Alcoholic Beverages:Syed M. Yasin, 57, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 4 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 5, in the village of Red Hook and was charged with prohibited sale of alcoholic beverages, a misdemeanor. He was released with a ticket to appear in Red Hook Town Justice Court.
Rhinebeck
• Prohibited Sale of Alcoholic Beverages: Adam B. Fowler, 19, of Rhinebeck, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 4:34 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 5, in the village of Rhinebeck and charged with prohibited sale of alcoholic beverages, a misdemeanor. He was released with a ticket to appear in Rhinebeck Village Court.
• Prohibited Sale of Alcoholic Beverages: Alexxis Haight, 21, of Rhinebeck, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 4:56 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 5, in the village of Rhinebeck and charged with prohibited sale of alcoholic beverages, a misdemeanor. She was released with a ticket to appear in Rhinebeck Village Court.
Rochester
• DWI: Trudy L. Harper, 45, of Rosendale, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 9:12 p.m. Monday, Sept. 7, in the town of Rochester and charged with drunken driving, a misdemeanor. She was released with a ticket to appear at Rochester Town Court.
Saugerties
• Assault, Criminal Trespass, Criminal Mischief, Endangering the welfare of a child: Juan C. Barese, 58, of Saugerties, was arrested by Saugerties Police at 9:28 p.m. Monday, Sept. 7, and charged with assault, criminal trespass, criminal mischief and endangering the welfare of a child, all misdemeanors. He was arraigned in Town of Ulster Justice Court and released on his own recognizance upon a full stay-away order of protection. He has tickets to appear in the town of Saugerties Justice Court.
Wawarsing
• Assault, Criminal Mischief, Criminal Possession of Weapon: Krystle Stockton, 35, of Ellenville was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 11:15 p.m. Monday, Sept. 7, in the town of Wawarsing and charged in two separate incidents. She was charged with felony assault with intent to cause serious physical injury and misdemeanor criminal possession of a weapon with intent to use in an Aug. 19 incident in the town of Wawarsing. She was also charged with felony assault with intent to cause physical injury with a weapon, and criminal possession of a weapon with intent to use and criminal mischief with intent to damage property, both misdemeanors. Further information was not available.
