Coxsackie
• Prison Contraband: Michelle Gonzalez, 28, of Schenectady, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 9:20 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 23, in the town of Coxsackie. She was charged with promoting contraband to prisoners, a misdemeanor, plus felony counts of first-degree prison contraband and criminal possession of a controlled substance (narcotic). She was released with tickets to appear in Coxsackie Town Court.
Wawarsing
• Marijuana Possession: Julian A. Smith, 29, of Cambria Heights, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 11:05 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 23, in the town of Wawarsing and charged with criminal possession of marijuana (more than 2 ounces), a misdemeanor. He was released on a ticket to appear in Wawarsing Town Court.
