Athens
•Endangering: Christian T. Martin-Braginton, 23, of Tannersville, and Brandon S. Parquez, 24, of Catskill, have been arrested by state police at Catskill and each charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, misdemeanors. Braginton was arrested at 7:07 p.m. Monday, Aug. 17, in the town of Athens. Parquez was arrested 1:06 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 18, in the town of Cairo. Both men were released with tickets for Athens Town Court. Further information was unavailable.
•Contempt: Jesse A. Brown, 37, of Hudson, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 8:17 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 18, in the town of Athens and was charged with criminal contempt (disobeying a court order), a misdemeanor. He was released pending a court appearance.
Red Hook
•DWI: Collin G. Donohue, 22, of Red Hook, was arrested by Red Hook Police at 11 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 13, on state Route 9G in the town of Red Hook and was charged with two counts of drunken driving, both misdemeanors. He was released with tickets for Red Hook Town Court.
•DWI: Erica A. Prindle, 22, of Kingston, was arrested by Red Hook Police at 2:45 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 16, on North Broadway in the village of Red Hook and was charged with two counts of drunken driving, both misdemeanors. She was released with tickets for Red Hook Town Court.
•Aggravated DWI: Daniel C. Forte, 33, of Lake Katrine, was arrested by Red Hook Police at 9:10 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 16, on West Market Street in the village of Red Hook and was charged with two felony counts of aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child in the car, as well as two misdemeanor counts of drunken driving. He was released with tickets for Red Hook Town Court.
Saugerties
•Drugs/Criminal Possession of Weapon: Tyler Brinkhuis, 23, of East Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 6:01 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 13, in the town of Saugerties and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal possession of a weapon and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, all misdemeanors. He was released with tickets for the Saugerties Town Justice Court.
•DWAI/Drugs: Michael J. Schmitt, 33, of Purling, was arrested by Saugerties Police at 5:37 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 18, on state Route 212 in the town of Saugerties and was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument and criminal possession of a controlled substance, all misdemeanors. He was released with tickets for Saugerties Town Justice Court.
Town of Ulster
•DWI/Drugs: Joseph V. Stokes, 31, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 3:19 p.m. Monday, Aug. 17, in the town of Ulster and was charged with drunken driving and driving while ability impaired by drugs, both misdemeanors. He was released with tickets for Ulster Town Court.
Wawarsing
•Burglary: Damian Bauer, 25, of Wawarsing, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 3:10 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 18, in the town of Wawarsing and was charged with second- degree burglary, a felony. Further information was unavailable.
