• DWAI/Drugs: Dominick F. Fanelli, 22, of Highland, was arrested by state police at Highland at 10:16 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 16, on Salk Drive in the town of Lloyd and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and driving with ability impaired by drugs and alcohol, both misdemeanors. He was released with tickets for Lloyd Town Court.
Wawarsing
• Acting in Manner Injurious to a Child: Brandon Conklin, 22, of Kerhonkson, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 7:06 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 16, in the town of Wawarsing and was charged with acting in a manner likely to be injurious to the physical, mental or moral welfare of a child less than 17 years of age, a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance.
