City of Kingston
• DWI: Tayhquan L. Duncan, 32, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 3:10 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 12, on Albany Avenue and was charged with drunken driving (two previous convictions within 10 years) and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, both felonies, following a traffic stop. He was issued tickets for Kingston City Court.
Catskill
• DWI: Timothy Mac Connoran, 33, of Leeds, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 4:58 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 11 on County Route 23B and was charged with drunken driving and aggravated drunken driving, both misdemeanors. He was issued tickets to appear in Catskill Town Court
Esopus
• DWAI-drugs: Susan Whalen, 53, of Port Ewen, was arrested by state police at Highland at 2:18 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 12, and as charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor, following a traffic stop on U.S. Route 9W. She was issued a ticket for Esopus Town Court.
Red Hook
•Drugs/theft: Tara M. Yoli, 29, of Elizaville, was arrested by Red Hook police on Monday, Aug. 10, and was charged with possession of a controlled substance and petit larceny, both misdemeanors. She was released with tickets to appear in Red Hook Town Court.
• DWI: Efren C. Sanchez, 36, of Germantown, was arrested by Red Hook police at 11:50 p.m. Monday, Aug 10, on North Broadway and was charged with two counts of drunken driving and one count of aggravated drunken driving, all misdemeanors, and with several traffic infractions following a traffic stop. He was released with tickets for Red Hook Village Court.

• DWI:Therese F. Surak, 29, of Boiceville, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 9:45 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 11, and was charged with drunken driving and aggravated drunken driving, both misdemeanors, following a traffic stop on state Route 212. She was issued tickets for Saugerties Town Court.
Town of Ulster
• DWI:Michelle M. Ackerman, 48, of Saugerties, was arrested by Thruway state police at 11:34 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 11, on the New York State Thruway at milepost 95.9 and was charged with drunken driving and aggravated drunken driving, both misdemeanors. She was issued tickets for Ulster Town Court.
