• DWI:Matthew G. Mitchell, 50, of Cairo, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 10:45 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 2 on County Route 20 in Durham and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Mitchell was issued a court appearance ticket.
Esopus
• DWI: Jorge Cruz-Ramirez, 37, of Clifton Park, was arrested by state police at Highland at 1:14 a.m. Monday, Aug. 2, at 744 Broadway and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent (previous conviction within 10 years), both felonies. He was issued a court appearance ticket.
