Mid-Hudson Valley Arrest Over the Weekend!

Friday, July 24th:

Kingston

• DWI: Paul W. Kremper, 60, of Mount Marion, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 1:08 a.m. Friday, July 24, on Albany Avenue and charged with the misdemeanors of driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent and drunken driving. Kremper was released with tickets to appear in Kingston City Court.

Lloyd

• DWI: Kaylyn M. Fino, 21, of Milton, was arrested by state police at Highland at 2:37 a.m. Friday, July 24, on U.S. Route 9W and charged with the misdemeanors of drunken driving and aggravated drunken driving. Fino was released with tickets to appear in Lloyd Town Court.

Rhinebeck

• DWI: Marlene F. Colonna, 49, of Verbank, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 10:15 p.m. Thursday, July 23, at the intersection of state Routes 199 and 9G and charged with misdemeanor drunken driving. Colonna was released with a ticket to appear in Rhinebeck Town Court.

Shawangunk

• Endangering: Keith G. Scott, 53, of Pine Bush, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 1:10 a.m. Friday, July 24, and charged with the misdemeanor of endangering the welfare of a child. Scott was released with a ticket to appear in Shawangunk Town Court.

Saturday, July 25th:

Catskill

· Drugs:Marissa Schaffer, 26, of Glasco, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 6:12 p.m. Friday, July 24, on Church Street in the village and charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance. Schaffer was released with a ticket for Catskill Village Court.

Lloyd

· DWI:James R. Bennett, 50, of Milton, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 9:15 p.m. Friday, July 24, on the Mid-Hudson Bridge and charged with the misdemeanors of driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent and drunken driving. Bennett was released with tickets for Lloyd Town Court.

· DWI:Sakwan Vandemark, 24, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Highland at 3:10 a.m. Saturday, July 25, on state Route 44/U.S. Route 55 and charged with the misdemeanors of driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent and drunken driving. Vandemark was released with tickets for Lloyd Town Court.

Wawarsing

· Aggravated unlicensed driving:Virgil D. Taylor, 39, of Accord, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 4:50 p.m. Friday, July 24, on Canal Street in Ellenville and charged with the felony of aggravated unlicensed driving and the misdemeanors of circumventing a court-ordered ignition interlock device and possession of a controlled substance. Taylor was released with tickets for Ellenville Village Court.
