Robbery on Warren St.

On Tuesday, July 14,2020, at around 6:52 pm., the Hudson City Police Department received a transferred 911 call from a victim reporting that he had just been assaulted.

HPD Patrol Units responded to the area of Warren Street and 1st Street in the City of Hudson and located the victim.The victim, a juvenile resident of Hudson,advised police that he was riding his bicycle on Warren Street just above Front Street when a group came up to him and began attacking him.He stated the suspects punched him in the jaw and face several times causing him to fall off of his bicycle.After assaulting him, they allegedly stole the victim’s bicycle and his backpack.The backpack contained cash and a debit card among other items.

Greenport Rescue Squad responded to the scene and transported the victim to the CMH hospital for non- life threatening injuries.

Police are developing leads about the group – believed to be 3 juveniles
