Mid-Hudson Valley Arrest from July 8th!

According to the Daily Freeman, here are the arrest from July 8th!

City of Kingston

• Contempt:Alexandra A. Hernandez, 19, of New Paltz, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 8:40 p.m. Tuesday, July 7, on Fair Street and was charged with contempt of a court order, a misdemeanor. Hernandez was released with a ticket for Kingston City Court.

• Drugs:Jason T. Pease, 29, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 9:45 p.m. Tuesday, July 7, on state Route 28 and was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance and one count of aggravated unlicensed driving, all misdemeanors. Pease was released with tickets for Kingston City Court.

Cairo

• Drugs:Michael W. Conine, 50, of Cairo, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 3:44 a.m. Tuesday, July 7, on state Route 23 and was charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance. Conine was released with a ticket for Cairo Town Court.

Coxsackie

• DWI:Antonios J. Pafilis, 73, of Athens, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 10:20 p.m. Tuesday, July 7, on U.S. Route 9W and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Pafilis was released with tickets for Coxsackie Town Court.

Town of Rochester

• Growing cannabis:Richard T. Ames, 51, of Kerhonkson, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 10:55 p.m. Tuesday, July 7, and was charged with growing cannabis, criminal mischief and possession of more than two ounces of marijuana, all misdemeanors. Ames was released with tickets for Rochester Town Court.
