Mid-Hudson Valley Arrest from June 30th!

According to the Daily Freeman, here are the arrest from June 30th!

Coxsackie

• DWI: Jill D. Aspy, 60, of Nyack, was arrested by state police on the Thruway and charged with misdemeanor drunken driving. Aspy was released with a ticket to appear in Coxsackie Town Court.

New Baltimore

• DWI: Kyle Harris, 37, of Cairo, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 11:40 p.m. Monday, June 29, on Aquetuck Road and charged with the felonies of aggravated unlicensed driving (alcohol), drunken driving and aggravated drunken driving, and with the misdemeanor of driving without a court-mandated ignition interlock device. Harris was released with tickets to appear New Baltimore Town Court.

Town of Rochester

• Aggravated family offense/endangering: Richard M. Jarvis, 31, of Accord, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 9:08 p.m. Monday, June 29, and charged with the felony of aggravated family offense, and the misdemeanors of endangering the welfare of a child (three counts) and obstruction of breathing. Jarvis was released with tickets to appear in Rochester Town Court.
