According to the Daily Freeman, here are the arrest from Thursday, May 21st!

City of Kingston

• Obstruction:Calvin E. Ware, 55, of Albany, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 11:35 p.m. Wednesday, May 20, at 675 Broadway and charged with misdemeanor obstruction of governmental administration. Ware was released with a ticket to appear in Kingston City Court.

Town of Kingston

• DWI:Aiyana C. Staccio, 20, of Shokan, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 10:08 p.m. Wednesday, May 20, on state Route 28 and charged with the misdemeanors of driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent and drunken driving. Staccio was released with tickets to appear in Kingston Town Court.

New Paltz

• DWI/drugs:Todd Reed, 49, of Clintondale, was arrested by state police at Highland at 11:05 p.m. Wednesday, May 20, on South Ohioville Road and charged with the felonies of driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent and drunken driving, and the misdemeanor of criminal possession of a controlled substance. Reed was released with tickets to appear in New Paltz Court.

Plattekill

• Marijuana:Johnell M. Ware, 30, of Wallkill, was arrested by state police at Highland at 11:55 a.m. Wednesday, May 20, on state Route 32 and charged with misdemeanor possession of more than 2 ounces of marijuana. Ware was released with a ticket to appear in Plattekill Town Court.

Rhinebeck

• Marijuana:Michael B. Mastroeni, 19, of Pine Plains, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 4:42 p.m. Wednesday, May 20, on U.S. Route 9 and charged with misdemeanor possession of more than 2 ounces of marijuana. Mastroeni was released with a ticket to appear in Rhinebeck Court.

Town of Ulster

• Contempt:Erick B. Simms, 44, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 2:34 p.m. Wednesday, May 20, at the state police barracks, 1791 U.S. Route 209, and charged with felony contempt with physical contact and the misdemeanors of unauthorized use of a vehicle without owner consent, aggravated unlicensed driving and driving without a court-ordered ignition interlock device. Simms was released with tickets to appear in Ulster Town Court.

Wawarsing

• Obstruction:Samuel Colon, 41, of Ellenville, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 4:45 p.m. Wednesday, May 20, on U.S. Route 209 and charged with misdemeanor obstruction of governmental administration. Colon was released with a ticket to appear in Wawarsing Town Court.
