Hyde Park
• DWI:Eric V. Decker, 40, of Kerhonkson, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 10:18 p.m. Tuesday, May 19, on U.S. Route 9 and charged with the felonies of driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent and drunken driving, and the misdemeanor of driving without a court-ordered ignition interlock device. Decker was released with tickets to appear in Hyde Park Town Court.
Town of Ulster
Child porn: Robert Nace, 36, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 5:05 p.m. Tuesday, May 19, at the police barracks, 1791 U.S. Route 209, and charged with felony possession of a sexual performance by a child. Nace was released with a ticket to appear in Ulster Town Court.
• Drugs:David Mencke, 29, of Saugerties, and Kayla M. Kalinsack, 29, of Kingston, were arrested by state police at Ulster at 10:58 p.m. Tuesday, May 19, at the intersection of Kukuk Lane and Ulster Landing Road. Each was charged with the following: one felony count of criminal possession of a controlled substance (narcotic), two felony counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance (narcotic) with intent to sell, one felony count of criminal possession of a controlled substance, and two misdemeanor counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance. Both were released with tickets to appear in Ulster Town Court.
• DWI:Nicholas D. Donavan, 23, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 1:55 a.m. Wednesday, May 20, on U.S. Route 9W and charged with the misdemeanors of driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent and drunken driving. Donovan was released with tickets to appear in Ulster Town Court.
Wawarsing
• DWI:Peter Cymbal, 57, of Kerhonkson, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 1:05 p.m. Tuesday, May 19, on U.S. Route 209 and charged with misdemeanor drunken driving. Cymbal was released with a ticket to appear in Wawarsing Town Court.
