Town of Ulster

• DWAI:Lehanne M. Sisco, 39, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 7:25 p.m. Sunday, May 10, on U.S. Route 209 in the town of Ulster and was charged with driving while impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor. Sisco was issued a court appearance ticket.

Catskill

DWI:Matthew W. Weinberger, 52, of Cairo, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 1:50 a.m. Monday, May 11, on state Route 32 in the town of Catskill and was charged with driving with a blood-alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent (prior conviction within 10 years), a felony. He was issued a court appearance ticket.

Coxsackie

• DWI:Ryan K. Maston, 34, of Coxsackie, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 8:43 p.m. Sunday, May 10, on Apple Blossom Lane in the village of Coxsackie and was charged with driving while intoxicated (prior conviction within 10 years) and aggravated drunken driving, both felonies. He was issued a court appearance ticket.

New Paltz

• Assault:Michael G. Detheridge, 28, of Wappingers Falls, was arrested by New Paltz Police at 4 p.m. Thursday, May 7, and was charged with aggravated family offense, a felony; and with assault and criminal obstruction of breathing, both misdemeanors. Detheridge was accused of assaulting and choking a woman on Sunday, May 3, at about 10:45 p.m. Further investigation determined that Detheridge had prior convictions for a family offense within the past five years. The victim was treated at the scene for her injuries, police said. Detheridge was arraigned and released pending a court appearance, police said.

Plattekill

• DWI:Anthony M. Sierra, 41, of Highland, was arrested Sunday, May 10, by state police at Highland on state Route 32 and was charged with drunken driving, a misdemeanor. He was released to a third party pending a court appearance.

Rhinebeck

DWAI-drugs:Nicole I. Chesney, 35, of Campbell Hall, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 7:36 p.m. Sunday, May 10, and was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs (prior conviction within 10 years), a felony, and with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, following a stop on U.S. Route 9 (Mill Road). she was issued an appearance ticket for town court.
