Catskill
· Drugs:Jesse W. Miller, 24, and Tyler J. Marley, 27, both of Catskill, were arrested by state police at Catskill at about 5 p.m. Monday, May 4, on Vedder Road in the town and were both charged with single counts of misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance. They were released with tickets for Catskill Town Court.
Saugerties
· Drugs:Shannon M. Caston, 31, of 896 Main St., Kingston, was arrested by Saugerties police at 12:34 p.m. Monday, May 4, on U. S. Route 9W in the town and charged with the misdemeanors of driving while ability impaired by drugs and refusal to submit to a chemical test, and the violation of unsafe passing. Caston’s driver’s license was revoked and he was released with tickets for Saugerties Town Court.
Wawarsing
· DWI:Brandon E. LaChance, 28, of Huguenot, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 9:22 p.m. Monday, May 4, on state Route 52 and charged with misdemeanor drunken driving. LaChance was released with a ticket for Wawarsing Town Court.
